Pleased to start the 2015 on a productive note. Here is ‘The only way is down’. Morning after come down sounds for the affected.

These slow burning tracks were created during November 2014 in a grey, murky, post industrial Birmingham using the Virtual ANS synth.

I am proud to announce the release of ‘Rotting Away’ on the superb Petroglyph label. Download free through bandcamp or the Internet Archive

The absence of light occurs everywhere. Every day we feel the impact of its unsympathetic
tendrils….and with the darkness….fear, revulsion and horror reveals itself….

These tracks were recorded January – September 2014 in the post-industrial
surroundings of Birmingham, UK.

The cover shows an image of the former Central Library of Birmingham,
currently scheduled for demolition.

D.N.P & David Duell’s ‘Extract from Szickness’ is amongst good company on the Midnight Radio vol. 29 compilation. Check it out. Free download too. Thanks again to Glasklinge for including us.

Big thanks to Glasklinge Zeitenlicht for his dedication to the cause

It was an honour to be asked to record some tracks exclusive to the superb PhantomCircuit.com internet radio show. These tracks appeared on Show #136.

During the summer of 2014 D.N.P created 4 remix EPs for Futile Escapist Front’s collaborative charity project to raise money and awareness for ‘The Eye Fund’ who provide much needed counselling and aid to those who are losing their sight due to degenerative diseases. D.N.P’s remixes are free however please donate any amount no matter how small to www.eyefund.info as this is what the remix project is all about. Their Paypal link is on their homepage.

For full details and if you wish to be involved please check out the source tracks at soundcloud.com/flesheatingfoundation/sets/futile-escapist-front-for-eye-fund-source-tracks

The overall theme is one of the oppressiveness of losing your vision. The sounds are not meant to be pleasant.

A live recording made 27/02/2014 straight off the mixing desk. This was the final rehearsal for the D.N.P live debut at City Tavern, Birmingham, UK the following evening.

A few small glitches and errors notably a desk overload at about 15 mins in for a few seconds but that’s the fun and unpredictability of performing live and rehearsing to get it right.

A track from my ‘Doom’ inspired album IDDQD=GOD was recently part of an experimental noise compilation entitled ‘The Boring Neighbors’ and released free through Bandcamp by The Honest Linux Reviewer. If noise is your thing them you can’t go wrong.
